ALPINE BANK FEATURED STUDENT Garron Snyder OFFICER-IN-TRAINING | CONSERVATIONIST | ACADEMIC Garron Snyder, a senior at Glenwood Springs High School, is an outdoorsman and scientist who has earned several scholarships to propel him closer to his vision of becoming a fish and wildlife conservation biologist. He plans a carcer in the Air Force first, serving as an officer for four years, with the ultimate goal of a leadership position with Colorado Parks & Wildlife. Garron will attend Colorado State University in the fall to pursue his higher education. Garron's list of interests and hobbies is robust: From guitar to hunting, co-tourism to watershed science, and running to mechanics, his interests are as expansive as his outgoing personality. What makes him most excited to get to high school each day? "With every day I'm getting one step closer to my dream career," says Garron. Garron's volunteer work has included peer tutoring and work with Habitat for Humanity, Lift Up, Elks Lodge and Junior ROTC. "Garron is a big-picture thinker with a can-do atitude," says John Stelzriede, President of Alpine Bank Glenwood Springs. "All of us at Alpine Bank applaud his achievements in high school and wish him all the best at CSU" MEMBER FDIC PAID ADVERTISEMENT ALPINE BANK FEATURED STUDENT Garron Snyder OFFICER-IN-TRAINING | CONSERVATIONIST | ACADEMIC Garron Snyder, a senior at Glenwood Springs High School, is an outdoorsman and scientist who has earned several scholarships to propel him closer to his vision of becoming a fish and wildlife conservation biologist.
