Garfield County Human Services Commission grants A portion of sales tax revenues funds services for qualified non-profit human services agencies in Garfield County. Human services agencies provide services deemed necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of Garfield County and its residents. Grant applications are available online at garfield-county.com.
