The Assessor will be available at the Eagle County Building 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through June 3, 2019, to hear appeals to valuations for the 2019 assessment of real property All real property appeals by mail must be postmarked no later than June 3, 2019 Faxes are considered a form of mail and must be received by June 3, 2019 BASALT AND EL JEBEL AREA TAXPAYERS: Assessor's staff will be available to meet with you in your area regarding real property appeals, Wednesdays in May between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. beginning Wednesday, May 8. Call (800) 225-6136 or (970) 328-8640 before May 24, 2019, to schedule an appointment. PERSONAL PROPERTY: In accordance with Colorado Law, beginning June 14, 2019, the Assessor will hear appeals and objections to valuations of personal property. The Assessor will be available at the Eagle County Building, 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through July 1, 2019, to hear appeals to valuations for the 2019 assessment of personal property.
